Selmer Paris Reference 54 Un-Lacquered Professional Tenor Saxophone. There is no question that Selmer Paris has made the best professional saxophones the world has ever seen and the reference 54 is at their apex. It was inspired by the original Selmer Mark Vi that was introduced in 1954. This saxophone has the lyrically rich sound of the Mark VI classic but with much improved intonation and superb ergonomics.

The saxophone is in good playing condition. Minor adjustments might be desired to meet your personal touch preferences, however generally, very good playing condition. Included is the original case which shows wear but is structurally sound and a new Vito 45T mouthpiece. The Saxophone is in the un-lacquered or matte finish.

It certainly has given it a true vintage look. No need to polish this horn. It shows minor wear but there are no large dents or concerns.
