Vintage Selmer Tenor Saxophone Case

Here is a classic original orange Selmer tenor sax case, from the mid 1950's. It includes a flute holder and clarinet case. My personal unverified (and highly contentious) theory about the groovy orange case color is that Paris train seats are the same color and Selmer bought surplus subway seat material to make the cases.

I may be wrong, but everytime I ride the train in Paris I think about this case. Anyways, back to the case: It is in very good condition, with all the border leather trim intact, brass latch springs all working, and a clean interior that smells clean. The clarinet case latches all work , interior padding is full and the frame is solid. If you have a vintage Selmer tenor and want the cool original case, this is THE one to have and you will unlikely find one in better condition. I will send from Montreal, and I pack very well.
