My uncle recently offered me this saxophone, which he had used in high school, so that someone else could get some use out of it. Bundy saxophones are very durable and reliable compared to other instruments of the same age, and especially reliable compared to new beginner instruments. The body is made of a thick brass that resists dents. The keywork has a heavy nickel plate and thick key arms that help avoid bent keys. This saxophone would be a good fit for a beginner, someone looking to double on tenor saxophone, or someone looking for a dedicated marching band instrument. I've put in a new set of pads from Music Medic that should hold up well against wear. This instrument was made in the late 1960s.

Replaced all key cork, felts, and neck cork. Done necessary key fitting to ensure keys move freely. Ultrasonically cleaned body and keys. Polished nickel plating on keys. Installed a new pad set from Music Medic.

Adjusted keywork There are cosmetic issues with the saxophone, which you can see in the pictures. The most significant problem is damage to the lacquer, especially around the tone holes. In the past there may have been moisture that collected there and caused the surface of the brass to discolor. This won't cause any issues with playability. There are very few dents.

I guarantee every instrument I sell. The item "Bundy Tenor Saxophone professionally repadded, new case" is in sale since Sunday, June 30, 2019.
