We replaced 4 key corks and a torn neck key pad. We cleaned the tone holes. The keywork was lubricated and adjusted.
We did treat 3 pads to remove stickiness. There is no lost motion in the keys - there are as tight as new. This instrument was not played for many years. There is a slight vary small blemish/ding but very minor. It plays well with the original pads or you may went to replace the pads with your favorite style and resonators. It appears to have no repaired dents or solders. NOTE: This instrument has headless pivot screws - these were used on some Selmer saxes after serial number 140000.
I have not ever seen this feature on a Selmer-Paris sax. Also included in this outfit is the original gray Selmer case with zipper pulls intact and the original Selmer Soloist mouthpiece, ligature and cap. Please contact with any questions. If maintained this saxophone will only appreciate in value. We specialize in vintage and new instruments- repair and restoration.10 Return Option if not as described.
