A brutal french very old and collectors tenor saxophone in key Bb after generally overhaul. Very easy response in all registers, new pissoni black pads and braun plastic resonators. Pitched from low b to high f. Saxophone dont have low bb(very short bell and very easy response and subtones in low registers): Mechanic is more opened very powerful sound.
Instrument dont have front high F, no bis Bb, no alt F#. Soldered tone holes and neck without microtuner(for all mouthpieces). Silver plated with very slim laquer and very light material. Specific construction is similar to bass clarinet very old piece.
Century for conservatory and military music schools in French city Nimes. In present is in Nimes stadium with name Georges Carcassonne. It is very hard to determine exact year of production, this gem is maybe prototype.I send with no original soft gig bag. Video from today on youtube.
