Excellent condition Martin'Handcraft' tenor saxophone. Made in the USA in 1926, serial number 65685. It plays incredibly well, with pads and springs all in excellent condition.
This sax bears the well-known'Low Pitch' badge, meaning it was designed to be played at A=440hZ. There are no notable dents or mechanical issues, however there is a subtle orange patina above the Eb pad. There has also been messy soldering on the neck and one of the tone holes. These issues are evident within the pictures. Included with this is a Hiscox'Liteflite Pro II': an excellent, sturdy case. Other than some scuff marks, this case is in as-new condition inside and out. This sax does not come with its original case nor mouthpiece. But it was a hard decision because I think it's such a great instrument, that's incredibly easy-blowing and lots of fun to play.
