Selmer Paris Professional Mark VI Tenor Saxophone 223, XXX Original Lacquer Nice
All keys move freely and the pads are in fair to good condition. This tenor sax has been shop adjusted and regulated for good play condition and plays well on a mixture of new and older pads.
The neck has no signs of pull down and the neck cork is new. There are no major dents present and several minor dings do not affect performance.
This tenor sax has scratches throughout from normal use, the lacquer wear is minimal with approximately 90% of the original lacquer intact and the engraving is very detailed. The serial number is in the 223, xxx range which dates the year of manufacture to approximately 1974. There are signs that several key guards have been professionally re-soldered at some point in time. Included is a used Selmer wood shell tenor sax case(interior is intact, exterior has minor wear throughout, the latches function as intended, one case handle is missing and the other should be replaced soon and no strong odors exist inside the case).
