Springs are responsive, and corks and felts have been replaced where needed. Cosmetically, the sax polished up nicely (I'm sure that there are a few spots I've missed). There are a few dings and scratches on the horn (see pictures) and the neck looks to be in great shape. One of the right palm keys has recently been silver soldered (see pic #9), and one of the left palm keys required a "work around" - the post halting the key from opening too much was missing (orange circle), so a plastic felt was used to remedy this (blue circle). It does sport a lightly gold wash bell.Check out "Sax on the Web" comments on this brand of tenor - very positive reviews. Large beige felt pads were added to the interior of the case for more protection. This beautiful old tenor comes with the sturdy case, a vintage neckstrap, a black sock for neck storage, a red microfiber polishing cloth, and the "4" vintage mouthpiece w/vintage ligature, plastic cap, and new Rico Plasticover reed. A classic tenor for any vintage collection. SHIPS ONLY TO THE LOWER 48 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES.
