Vintage Orsi Stencil SONORE Tenor Sax withCase

1960's Vintage Orsi Stencil SONORE TENOR SAX. This is a very nice playing vintage Italian tenor sax that plays great from top to bottom and has been thoroughly cleaned and adjusted. Most of the lacquer is gone as you can see in the pictures and a striking patina has set in, showing a true vintage look. There are no dents and maybe a few very small dings. Loss of lacquer, scuffing, and some scratches comprise most of the normal physical wear.

All of the keys and guards were disassembled from the horn and individually cleaned and polished. Pads were replaced where needed and springs checked out fine.

Also, the felts and corks have been replaced where needed. Usually, I get these old horns to strip and paint (those who follow me have seen my work), but when I saw this one, I just couldn't do it; such a fine looking horn. The case is a sturdy vintage case that, I believe, is not the original, but very nice. This special sax comes with the case, new microfiber polishing cloth, swab, body end plug, Yamaha T-20 tenor sax mouthpiece w/ligature, cap, and Rico Plasticover Reed, a vintage lyre, and a new neck strap.
